Hari Raya is the day where we celebrate our sacrifices of fasting for at least in 30 days. During Hari Raya, Muslims all around the world will be having fun and joy throughout the month. But, despite of having fun during hari raya, we also need to take care of ourselves, especially about our health. indeed, health comes first from other things in this life.
It is true that health is a wealth, so, in order to maintain a good health, it is very important for every single of us to take care of a few things during Hari Raya. Even though we will be served with a various type of food, we still need to keep fit and healthy.
Basically, during Hari Raya, we will be invited too many ocassions such as open houses and Raya's celebration events. However, as all of us want to keep fit and healthy, we need to somehow control our portions of food that we take. This is to make sure that we don't eat more than we need. As a result, we can simply avoid overeating that can lead to obesity.
Firstly, in order to control the portions of the food that we take, we must ensure that we only take the food that we can eat.
Besides, we also need to exercise regularly at least twice a week. This is to ensure that we get rid of the unwanted things in our bodies such as toxins urea.
In conclusion, we all can have fun during Hari Raya but we need to make sure that we also take care of our health so that we will not face problems afterwards. To me, Hari Raya is such a very good month for us to know and meet one another, besidesof getting a lot of food, we also can share forgiveness and love. But after all, health should be the primary thing that we all should focus on, not only during Hari Raya but, in every single day we alive.
